We reviewed the entire structures plans and help resolving complex construction issues. A 4-lane high level fixed bridge over water which replace a 2-lane bascule bridge that was built in 1962, $41 million project. The total bridge length is over 2,600 ft with span length ranging from 136.5 ft to 173 ft. Superstructures are FIBs. The bridge was constructed in two phases. There are 34 piers in the deep water.
