As FDOT consultant, reviewed shop drawings and construction methods, in addition to resolving complex engineering issues. This project consisted of replacing the existing interchange with a three-level interchange and a complex arrangement of overpass and high-flying ramps. The project included six continuous curved steel I-girder bridges with total bridge lengths ranging from 712 feet (ft) to 2015 ft and maximum span length of 331 ft. The construction cost was over $200 million.
